DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in international purchasing or procurement. Fresh graduates with strong competencies are welcome to apply. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written). Detail-oriented in managing product data (codes, prices, images, sizes, descriptions). Able to create product presentations and catalogs using PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in ERP or data entry systems is a plus. Personal Attributes: Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality. Strong coordination and negotiation skills with overseas suppliers. Proactive and capable of working independently or within a team. Additional Value: Familiarity with handling product claims and license renewals (e.g., PI – Forestry Permit) is an advantage.
