DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Audit Department and develop strategies to achieve them. Plan, manage, and monitor departmental budgets to ensure alignment with company targets and guidelines. Evaluate and implement changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting systems, especially those that impact productivity, employee training, responsibilities, time management, and discipline. Coordinate and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments and external institutions related to audit activities. Align audit activities with other departments to optimize efficiency in production processes, product quality, minimize delays, and ensure timely delivery. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on audit management activities in accordance with app
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of audit standards and internal controls. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in budgeting and performance monitoring. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with ERP systems and audit management software is a plus.
