DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Manage and coordinate export orders from initial inquiry to final shipment. · Handle professional communication with overseas customers to maintain and grow relationships. · Oversee export documentation in compliance with international standards. · Manage shipment scheduling and coordinate logistics for on-time delivery. · Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. · Monitor and analyze new product developments and specific customer requirements. · Ensure efficient follow-up on order status, production, and delivery schedules. · Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management and clients.
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, International Trade, or related field. · Fluent in English, especially in written communication. · Strong understanding of export documentation and international shipping procedures. · Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing, preferably in manufacturing. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Skilled in creating clear, professional presentations and reports. · Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. · Experience with ERP systems or export management software is a plus.
