DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to introduce corporate property projects. Create engaging and informative communication materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content. Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns to attract potential audiences and increase engagement. Develop and implement Public Relations (PR) strategies to promote company projects and events. Establish good relationships with the media, influencers, and related parties to ensure optimal coverage of our property projects. Monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and compile reports for management. Supporting the sales team in the preparation of promotional materials and strategies to increase property sales.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education of S1 in the field of Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marcomm position, particularly in the property industry or related sectors. Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Creative and able to produce innovative and effective marketing ideas. Experience in managing digital campaigns, social media, and online marketing tools. Understand property marketing trends and be able to create material that appeals to the right audience. Able to work with tight deadlines and in a team. Results-oriented and have good analytical skills. Have a good knowledge of the property industry and the real estate market in Indonesia. Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the local Medan market is a plus. Work placement in MEDAN.
