DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To organize and allocate with other shift operating staffs to ensure smooth plant operation; To fill and record other relevant documents for plant daily operation; To maintain plant area cleanliness and tidiness at all times; To inform maintenance on equipment and machinery breakdowns; Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time completion; Analyze process workflow, employee daily attendances; Ensure all employees receive adequate training and timely evaluations; Drive production excellence through increased quality, reduced cycle time and improved customer satisfaction and cost leadership; Interview and participate in the hiring of manufacturing personnel – continue to build a great team; Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
REQUIREMENT

Min 4 years in production and warehouse management experiences; Working Hours: From 12.00pm to 9.00pm; Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent certificate; Able to communicate in English, BM, Fluent in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking bosses; Applicants must have basic computer knowledge and must be willing to work in shifts/OT if required; Applicants must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
