DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

REQUIREMENT

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the textile industry. Proven experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Capable of identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to secure the best pricing. Knowledge of procurement regulations, contractual agreements, and applicable laws. Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zahir, or others. Ability to analyze procurement data for cost efficiency and provide reports to management. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented in reviewing procurement documents and contracts.
