DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Direct, manage, and coordinate Logistic, Warehouse, and Transportation activities • Supervise daily operation (incoming and outgoing) • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirement, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods. • Review and prepare workflows, space allocations, and action plans that meet company standards. • Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space • Stock Checking • To ensure that all information and data are accurate, correct, accountable and traceable, also safely kept in the warehouse. • Conduct investigations in the event of errors/mistakes and/or work violations in Receiving and Shipping activities. • Forecasting stocks and managing stocks(placing orders) • Create report (daily, weekly, and monthly) • Ensure delivery on time
REQUIREMENT

• Min. 5 years experience as Logistic / Warehouse Supervisor • Diploma / University graduated • Ms. Office Excellent • Fluent (verbal and written) in English • Have leadership skill • Discipline, Good attitude, Hardworking, Honest • Can work under pressure • Good coordination and communication with others • Have good analytical skills • Well Organized • Strong knowledge in logistics management and strategy. • Well versed in import processes and has high knowledge in logistics vendors • Has experience using ERP and other stock management system
