Strategic Financial Leadership Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with corporate goals. Provide strategic financial insight to support investment, development, and operational decisions. Monitor financial health, including profitability, liquidity, and risk management. Accounting & Financial Reporting Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK and OJK requirements. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process and ensure compliance with all internal controls. Lead financial reporting for regulatory and public disclosures, including IDX (Bursa Efek Indonesia). Tax & Compliance Manage all aspects of taxation, including PPh, PPN, BPHTB, and real estate-related taxes. Ensure tax compliance and manage relations with external tax consultants and authorities. Provide guidance on tax-efficient structures for real estate transactions and project developments. Public Company Compliance Ensure compliance with all financial and reporting requirements under IDX and OJK regulations. Coordinate with corporate secretarial teams on public disclosures, GCG practices, and audit committee communications. Prepare and present financials to the board, shareholders, and external stakeholders. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure strong execution and reporting standards. Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax offices, and investment partners. Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking shareholders or partners (passive understanding is sufficient).
