DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Implement and maintain system backups and disaster recovery protocols Provide support and guidance to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements Maintain detailed documentation and records of IT systems and procedures
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure support role Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, active directory, and Microsoft 365 services Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network devices, firewalls, and security systems Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, as well as monitoring and reporting tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues Proven experience in providing high-quality technical support to end-users Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Language Skills : Proficiency in Cantonese is required. Strong command of English for documentation and communication.
