DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting lecturers with software/hardware setup, testing, and troubleshooting for lessons and student projects. Managing and monitoring physical and virtual lab systems to ensure optimal performance. Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and relevant applications. Maintaining and operating specialized lab equipment, ensuring readiness for academic and R&D purposes. Performing general upkeep and ensuring compliance with safety procedures in all labs. Providing technical support across key labs, including AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, XR, and Data Analytics. Ensuring high system availability by conducting routine health checks and resolving incidents swiftly. Carrying out fire safety inspections and supporting lab safety compliance initiatives. Managing IT equipment inventory and facilitating IT loan services. Assisting in procurement and asset tracking in line with regulatory guidelines.
REQUIREMENT

A Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, AI, IT, Data Science, or related fields. Prior experience in IT support, preferably in ITIL-based helpdesk operations. Familiarity with tools and platforms such as CCNA, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker, GitHub/GitLab, Tableau, UiPath, or Palo Alto is a plus. A willingness to support students and faculty in a dynamic academic setting. Experience of operating lab equipment or similar technical environments. Basic knowledge of safety and compliance in lab or school environments. Able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
