DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across multiple locations Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product distribution, inventory management and promotional activities Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of proven success in a sales management role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders Thorough understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as industry trends and best practices University degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
