DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Drive market share growth in Indonesia. - Focus on software sales to build B2B IT relationships. - Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, surveys, and events. - Understand customer needs to suggest suitable IT products. - Assist in contract processes, including follow-ups, proposals, and onboarding. - Manage and update the CRM for sales tracking. - Collaborate with teams to streamline lead management. - Proactively source leads through various channels. - Work independently with minimal supervision. - Respect and adapt to a multi-cultural environment. - Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality.
REQUIREMENT

- 2-3 years of B2B lead generation experience (preferably in IT/SaaS). - Basic understanding of Cloud/SaaS solutions (no implementation required). - Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation software. - Experience in a revenue-target role is essential. - Background in managing corporate accounts. - Proven track record of meeting performance metrics. - Ability to engage C-level executives effectively. - Strong presentation and communication skills in English. - Experience with E-commerce sellers and retailers in Indonesia is a plus. - Ability to collaborate with global teams across different cultures and time zones.
