DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp that come to the Call Center. Provide accurate answers to every question from customers. Respond to customer complaints attentively. Offer the best solution to customers who have problems. Provide assistance to customers quickly & courteously. Issue a work assignment letter to workshop partners. Organize and manage schedules, as well as allocate mechanics for visits to customers (storing).
REQUIREMENT

At least bachelor's degree any major (must). Minimum 1 (one) year working in the customer service (inbound/outbound). Mastering Ms Office (Excel, word, outlook) able to type fast & multi-tasking. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Have the ability to communicate competently. Willing to work with a 24/7 shifting system or public holidays if needed. Willing to work while on holiday (standby on call) to support operations.
