DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Overseeing productivity of Promoters/ Sales Agent and focus on improving sales performance in respective area Taking part on the Promoters/ Sales Agent recruiting process Planning for Promoters/ Sales Agent working area as well as defining target sales per promoter align with the National Sales Target Regularly oversee all activities related to the sale including follow-up potential customers. Actively involve on Promoters/ Sales Agent development activities (Training; Coaching and Counselling) Observe and analyse for the effectiveness promotion scheme on Semarang and create recommendation for Promotion Scheme Actively developing ACSI’s network on Semarang.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Education background is Diploma in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the sales field at Multi finance company or Electronic Brand Principal (specifically on consumer financing is a point plus) Having experience in managing sales team Required Skill(s): Negotiation, Sales, Marketing, Social media and Managing Team Domicile at Semarang Area
