DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-level support to end-users for IT related issues including hardware, software, software and network problems Install, configure and maintain IT hardware & software Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT hardware & software Work together with IT infrastructure team (supporting server, network, telco) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports Assist in IT projects implementation
REQUIREMENT

ESPECIALLY FOR SURABAYA, GRESIK, SURABAYA RESIDENTS Maximum 35 years old Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from reputable university Minimum GPA 3.00 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Experience in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office Experience in Ubuntu or other Linux distribution Good command of English both oral and written Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills High initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels Driving license : SIM A and SIM C
