REQUIREMENT
Education: Minimum of a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a GPA of 2.75 or higher; additional education in finance, business, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the banking sector is preferred. Fresh graduated with excellent verbal communication is welcomed to apply. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency with computer systems and banking software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Demonstrates high levels of discipline, integrity, and honesty. Working condition: Shifts, including different days and hours. Must be willing to work on-site in Semarang (WFO)
