DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1.Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the heavy equipment industry. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, distributors, and dealers. Promote the company’s heavy equipment products and services to new and existing clients. Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and uses of the equipment. 2.Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the heavy equipment sector. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition. Help shape the company's overall sales strategy based on market insights and business objectives. 3.Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer interactions, track sales pipelines, and follow up with leads. Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide technical or product information as needed. 4.Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with the product development, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met. Collaborate with sales teams on pricing strategies, bids, and contract negotiations. 5.Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, and customer feedback. Prepare detailed reports for management outlining sales trends, forecasts, and customer activity.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. A technical background in heavy equipment is a plus. Proficiency in English is required, (Able to speak and write Mandarin is a plus) At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the heavy equipment, construction, or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize sales and marketing performance. Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, including products like bulldozers, cranes, excavators, loaders, etc. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and sales opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
