DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor system performance, including application services, CPU, memory, disk utilization, transactions, and third-party integrations.
Oversee DNS connections (robot uptime), internal backhaul, and network devices across data centers, escalating issues when necessary.
Track database health, including alarms, proxy connections, CPU usage, memory, I/O, and backups. Ensure license revocation processes run smoothly.
Supervise batch job executions, restart processes if needed, and ensure scheduled tasks run without interruption
Generate and send monitoring reports at 1-hour intervals (or more frequently in critical situations).
Escalate anomalies, failures, or downtimes to Level 2 (L2) Support for immediate resolution.
Manage routine system operations, including:
Daily General Ledger End-of-Day (EOD) processing at 04:00
Start-of-day transaction processes (RTGS/SKN) at 07:00
End-of-day transaction processing (RTGS/SKN) at 19:00
Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
Willing to work in banking.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, and networking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
