DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
• Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Engage with key decision-makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
• Drive New Business – Use your industry expertise to acquire high-value clients.
• Deliver Winning Sales Presentations – Prepare compelling proposals and close deals.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze Market Trends & Sales Data – Provide insights that drive growth and strategic decisions.
• Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Focus on revenue generation and business expansion.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the retail, F&B, or hospitality industries. • Established network & sales track record in the HORECA market. • Strong business acumen and ability to address client needs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Background in coffee, beverages, or F&B is highly desirable. • Familiarity with CRM systems & sales data analysis tools. • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written and verbal). • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
