DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, configure, and manage physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. Create and maintain server infrastructure diagrams to document system architecture, network connections, and data flows for clarity and future reference. Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of server systems to prevent downtime and resolve technical issues quickly. Collaborate with global IT teams to provide server support and operational troubleshooting, including system updates, patch management, and resource optimization. Prepare detailed infrastructure and network diagrams as part of system documentation and project planning, ensuring all configurations and changes are properly visualized. Respond to critical server incidents, handling outages and performance issues efficiently to minimize impact on operations. Optimize server resources through performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring to ensure efficient system operations. Provide regular reports on server performance and propose and implement improvements to maintain system health.
REQUIREMENT

Server Expertise: Strong experience in managing physical and virtual servers (Windows, Linux), including installation, configuration, and performance tuning. Diagramming Skills: Ability to create and interpret server infrastructure diagrams (network, server architecture, data flow diagrams) to document system setups and guide troubleshooting processes. (Please Input his Diagram Portfolio) Global Support: Experience in providing server and infrastructure support for global teams, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across different time zones. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using server monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and network configuration. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex server-related issues. Resilience and Toughness: Ability to work under pressure, handle critical incidents with a calm and methodical approach, ensuring rapid service restoration.
