Create Job Advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms
Utilize different channels to source and shortlist potential candidates to fulfill a vacant position
Manage schedule for psychological test and interview and reference checks on selected candidates
Create weekly and monthly reports of Recruitment progress
Experienced to conduct Interview with BEI Method
Able to create comprehensive report about the candidates
Assist the onboarding process for new hires
Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer branding activities with social media to attract top talent
Working location at Pantai Indah Kapuk. Willing to assigned for duties to another area based by project
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 28 years old
2+ years of working experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
Fluent in English speaking & written
Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal, attitude and communication skills
Negotiation and logic skills
A goal-orientated approach to work
