DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth Supervising and mentoring a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and performance feedback Analysing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and making data-driven recommendations Fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and maintain existing accounts Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience Monitoring and reporting on team performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed Identifying and addressing any barriers to sales success, and implementing solutions to overcome them
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record in Solution Selling or IT Projects. Proven track record of success in a sales management or supervisory role, ideally within the sales industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use sales data to inform strategic decision-making Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing market conditions and overcome challenges A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
