DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure aligned messaging and successful product launches Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, such as product collateral, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing assets Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies and tactics Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to continuously improve our approach
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of 5+ years in product marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing plans Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience Proficient in market research, data analysis, and reporting to measure and optimize marketing performance Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects to successful completion About Us PT Siantar Top, Tbk is a leading consumer goods company specialising in the snack manufacturing.
