DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Source potential candidates through various online channels, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods. Evaluate candidate information using our e-recruitment system and manage candidate data efficiently. Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and support the selection process. Assist in onboarding new hires by collaborating with IT for device setup, prepare welcome kit, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Currently pursuing at least a final year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, Communications, or a related field. Or graduate students who are willing to experience internship Demonstrated solid communication skills and enthusiasm to learn recruitment industry. Able to perform multitasking and excel in a dynamic work environment. Possess willing to learn attitude, open-minded, meticulous, and self driven personality is a good advantage. Capable of multitasking and excelling in a dynamic work environment. Familiar with how to use internet tools to boost recruitment branding and talent search purposes. Willing to have 4 days working from office-setting.
