DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond to and resolve desktop support requests via phone, email, or in-person. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems, hardware, and software. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues. Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and other commonly used software. Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions. Perform routine system maintenance and updates. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with end-users. Support other IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
REQUIREMENT

Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferably residing on the east side of Singapore.
