DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring infrastructure and Berca Cloud customers Monitoring cloud environment (PRTG, VMware environment and Network) Configuration and setup using virtualization VMware (vSphere) Prepare report documents and procedures Will be participating in shifting (24x7) with work location in Abdul Muis 62 (during office hour) Perform troubleshooting, ticketing and limited system tasks Perform escalation, coordination and compliance with ISO-27001 & ISO-20000-1 standards (process-wise and document-wise) Assisting physical and virtual installation of server, storage and network whenever deployment team is on intense schedule (Data Center visit & support)
REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3 or S1 from Information Technology Have minimum 1-2 years experiences in IT Industry. Technical skill in Virtualization (VMware) and Server operating system Having good knowledge in server, storage and network. Having good knowledge in VMware, Veeam, Windows Server, Linux Server, container & AWS Having knowledge in MySQL, MSSQL Having knowledge in FTP Must have “Discipline attitude” and “Want to learn attitude”. Detail and well organized. Have a good communication skill for coordination purpose. Willing to perform procedures in order to comply to ISO standards Fluent speaking and writing in English Willing to work shifting
