DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain application users effectively to ensure smooth operation and security. Grant, modify, and remove user access to applications in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA). Monitor and manage user access requests and changes, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve access-related issues and enhance security measures. Regularly review and update access permissions to maintain security integrity. Document and report on user access activities and any incidents or irregularities.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT security operations or a similar role. Strong understanding of user access management, application security, and SLA adherence. Familiarity with security protocols, access control systems, and relevant software tools (SQL Database, Windows, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
