DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle promoter (SPG/SPM), as a leader in providing direction and mentor to promoters
Monitoring sales and payments from the promoter team
Able to plan sales targets
Understand sales concepts
Expand product market share and brand awareness in each area to increase sales
Able to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
Carrying out continuous evaluations to improve work quality and sales targets
Have strong leadership and can work with a team
Able to negotiate well, effectively and efficiently
Carry out duties and responsibilities given by superiors
Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
REQUIREMENT
Minimum education: S1 in all majors Aged 30 – 35 years Minimum experience as SPV Sales 2 years in the retail sector Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) Good working attitude, serious and active Have good communication skills Placement: Makassar Area
