Develop and maintain customer database (contractors, developers, consultants) Create and maintain good relationship with contractors, developers, consultants Manage project database and prepare project pipeline database Establish specification for targeted projects
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Chemical, or Chemical Engineering Open for fresh graduates passionate in Sales & Marketing Has 2-3 years working experiences in Building Material or Construction/Architecture Company is a plus Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads Strong knowledges in Architecture or Construction Fluent in English and able to travel
