DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assisting staff member in the daily transaction Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts Providing regular update to Superior regarding accounting tasks Prepare and manage monthly financial statements and journal Preparing and executing administration related to bank Accurate in payments and familiar with e-banking process Manage the submission billing to Clients or Customers Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring and responsible for monthly closing and preparing report to Management Provide accurate and timely financial report, statements and ensure appropriate accounting control, procedures include costing. Prepare for annual budget process and capital budgeting and financial reports Responsible to all finance activities and assist Manager for daily operational. Reconcile accounting data with Holding Company.
REQUIREMENT

S1 Majoring in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00 Minimum 3 years' experience as finance or accounting senior staff High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy. Preferably has working experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding & port agency business. Required skills accounting standard and tax regulation, accounting logic and cycle, balance sheet analysis, journals. Having experience using finance accounting system (Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet, Accurate Online, Xero, SQL, Odoo) Fluent in English passive and active (oral & in writing) is a plus! Initiative, proactive and dynamic person, trustworthy, committed and reliable, able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed. Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose. Capable to perform multitasking work, able to manage work priority on timely basis Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara.
