DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks. * Monitor system performance and identify potential issues. * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. * Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. * Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. * Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems. * Assist users with software installations, configurations, and usage. * Plan and execute IT projects, such as network upgrades, software installations, and system migrations. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation. * Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
REQUIREMENT

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology * Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry * Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or outside of regular office hours (remote) * Experience in handling SQL Server Database, Windows Server, Mikrotik, data analysis, and reporting * Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts * Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
