DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create and monitor annual budgets for various departments and compliance with regulation
Collect and summarize budget data into financial reports
Checking and analyzing financial journals of Active & Non-Active Companies in the group and continuity with Financial Statements on time and accurately resulting in Financial Statements and Balance Sheets
Check & supervise income & expenditure according to the due date as well as the adequacy of investment funds for Active Companies per week & Non-active Companies per month / every time there is a movement of funds and make Cashflow Reports
Checking & requesting approval from superiors for tax payments and reporting Periodic & Annual Tax Returns: Pph 21, 23, 4 paragraph 2, and 25
Checking the entry & exit of investments in the Investment Report and loans of inactive companies in the group
REQUIREMENT
Min Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience 5 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years as supervisor Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation Proficiency in financial software. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
