DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assumes responsibility for documentation, filing, encoding of company’s documents Submits business-related documents to different government agencies and clients (e.g. SEC, BIR, SSS, BPLO) Secures company’s licenses and permits Accomplishes government reports monthly, quarterly and annually Acts as signatory and point of contact for internal and external clients Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls and emails Performs other duties not limited to administrative work
REQUIREMENT

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and equivalent. Preferably graduate from top university or exclusive schools with high academic records/CGPA. Preferably female Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Bookkeeping Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking Has initiative and can work without supervision Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
