DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To support the development, integration, and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts. To develop, manage and execute an integrated and analytics-based, comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy.
To help coordinate and develop Hong Kong's annual marketing plan, strategies and budget
To take responsibility for marketing campaigns, policy, strategies and brand development
Responsible for planning, implementing and executing marketing & promotional events/activities
Responsible for building online Marketing strategies and building online revenue
Maintaining relevant level of contact with clients and at all times demonstrating a high standard of conduct and service.
Responsible for PR activities and developing key relationships with the local media, directly or via coordination with assigned QR PR agency.
To support in any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
To work closely with CM and SM in formulating plans, events and strategies
To manage and monitor the annual Hong Kong's marketing Budget and allocation of FOC Tickets
To build strong relationships with local, regional and head office personnel.
REQUIREMENT
To be effective in this role, you will be need a Bachelors degree combined with a minimum of four years of experience in a similar brand or trade marketing position. Prior exposure to the Airline or Travel industry would be well-regarded. You will need sound strategic planning and analytical skills with a track record of maintaining a regional budget. Excellent relationship building skills across all levels of company management, with alliance partners and vendors is required.
