DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Identify process measurements. • Create performance management system. • Plan and collect data. • Monitor performance. • Develop dashboards. • Manage to review and analysis. • Support process management framework and methodology. • Communicate necessary changes to processes and policies within the company. • Sharing best practice between Process and QA community.
REQUIREMENT

• Preferably male, max. 30 years old. • Diploma degree (Bachelor degree will be a plus). • Able to use English both speaking and written. • Have experience work in financial service company will be a good addition
