DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services, claims, billing and to handle and resolve complaints. Follow established guidelines and SOP to respond to customers inquiries and resolve concern in an accurate, timely, empathetic and professional manner. Ability to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels. Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems to handle customer inquiries and requests. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products and services. Accurately document contacts and follow-up actions in accordance with established quidelines. Analyse issues and recommend alternate solutions to ensure effective resolution. Escalate issues to management when required. Be a team player and contribute to service excellence delivery by achievingset KPI in productivity and quality.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role in financial institutions, preferably banking or insurance, however we will consider fresh graduates with passion in servicing others Sufficient English language proficiency both written and oral Willing to work with dynamic shifting times both within and outside normal business hours and days Excellent communication skills and phone courtesy, ability to understand customers requirements quickly and convey messages to customers in clear and concise manner Warm, empathetic and cheerful personality Able to maintain consistent positive attitude when handling challenging customers and in general MS Office proficiency
