DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute SU marketing strategy for all AI SUs in GCC & SSA (focus: marketing strategy and derivation of action plan) In conjunction with the Regional team, drive and help deliver value selling concepts for SUs Drive implementation of Portfolio Strategy for select SUs in IMEA based on key findings of portfolio assessment, market and technology Work with the Global marketing team for select SUs on projects like Market Model, Distribution/ channel Management, Pricing excellence, KSIs and ADP projects Regional Promote range definition (incl. selection, positioning, pricing strategy, product selector guides) Portfolio trend analyses, Portfolio harmonization Market research and trend analysis, Competitor analysis
REQUIREMENT

Academic degree in Engineering/ Science, MBA is preferable 5-8 years minimum of professional experience in Marketing in B2B domain/ Product Management background or experience. Experienced in project leadership of cross-functional and regional teams. An inspiring person, who is well organized, ambitious and has excellent analytical, conceptual and communication. Very good oral and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office tools and a good presenter
