DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Demonstrating technical expertise in the SMT/Electronic Assembly industry to interface with key customers at all levels of management.
• Working closely with local Kester Territory Sales, Strategy Account Sales, and 3rd party sales reps to maintain current business. This will include
o Process Troubleshooting and Recommendation for Solder Materials
o Creating presentations targeted to a specific customer for the Design output data for material and process
• Take lead of opportunity business and work with local Territory Sales, Strategy Account Sales, and 3rd party sales reps for solder material products especially paste, chemical flux, wire and preform products. This will include
o Product Recommendations for Solder Materials
o Creating presentations targeted to a specific customer for the Design output data for material and process
• Training of 3rd Party Sales Reps and direct sales force with basic knowledge of the Solder Materials. Also, determining when the Technical Support Laboratory should also be involved to support the customer.
• Communicating with customers in person, via phone, and email in both English, and regional language.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Engineering or Chemistry (or related)
• In-depth knowledge of Electronic Assembly processes and practices
• Understanding of Electronics Assembly components, boards and their metallization
• Understanding IPC specification and soldering market requirements
• Strong analytical skills, including business, market and competitive assessments
• Ability to influence and align cross functional team members to achieve excellent results
• Customer focused while balancing need for growth, profit, and strategic fit/alignment
• Excellent relationship builder, including identifying influencers and decision makers
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to travel to SEA countries
