Having Bachelor Degree from any disciplines in reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00
Good knowledge in HR Personnel Administration Areas (HRIS Sunfish Program, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit (health insurance, employee loan), BPJS Administration, Mutation, Rotation, Termination, Exit Clearance, leave & attendance management, Organization structure, Overtime reconciles).
Having experiences in banking industry is preferable.
Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
Good computer literacy
