Reporting to the Head of the Department, you will be leading a team of four in all areas of the operations; including managing the full life-cycle of employees, overseeing the payroll function, including tax, reconciliations and share purchase plan, and be a subject expert in regards to the HRIS. As the team lead you will be responsible in guiding the team in all aspects of ensuring employee's receive a high level of service delivery throughout their life cycle. The ideal candidate is someone who is solution driven and able to initiate change and process improvements. Experience within a shares services model would be advantageous. You will be degree qualified, possess excellent communications skills, be proactive and a true leader. The successful candidate will be hands-on but still strategic in nature to enable this person to guide the team to succeed.
