DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work together with a dynamic team of developers to create Android & iOS mobile solutions. Report to Scrum Master on development progress, issues and identifying the necessary remedial actions. Lead a team of juniors and ensuring that all assignments done are well documented and meets the design requirements and specification. Working closely with the team, product owner and scrum master as well as with QA engineers. Implementing the requirements, user stories, and requirements prioritized and defined by the product owner. Producing code which implements the requirements in the most efficient, robust and timely way. Following OOAD principles, design patterns and coding best practices, and architectural principles. Assisting QA with the knowledge required to test the products. Contribute to product documentation of the implementation when necessary
REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study. Sound knowledge of either: Objective C, Cocoa Touch or SWIFT or Java (Android) for native development, or JavaScript (React-Native or Cordova) or C# (Xamarin) for cross-platform development skills. Experience with developing mobile app with integration to back-end web services. Familiar with development methodologies such as Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile Scrum methodologies Understand SLA and availability, scalability and high performance. General understanding of multithreading and location based services. Experience with design patterns. Detail to quality, self-motivated and problem solving skills a must (the ability to think out of the box). The ability to work well in a team but also independently on individual projects and challenges. Good English skills and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment, Mandarin is a plus.
