DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish staffing and recruitment strategies Implement new HR initiatives and strategies to enhance business performance for future development goals Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grevances, or other issues Ensure legal compliance throughout HR practices Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures Performing benefits administration Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines Strong leadership, with analytical and interpersonal skills Resourceful & mature individual who is self-driven and possesses strong analytical & organisational skills A strong understanding of HR practises and employment legislation in Malaysia Able to communicate proficiently in English
