DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or company
Undertaking cost analysis for entire project, cash flow projection, advise on funds management and costing for repair and maintenance project work
Able to handle site based management and be hands on for entire project
Assisting in feasibility studies and risk, value management and cost control
Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective action
Advising on procurement strategy
Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
Processing Quotations, Tenders, Proposals, Purchase Orders, etc.
Result orientated, team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Possess leadership's quality, initiative, self-motivated, aggressive and result oriented.
Excellent analytical skills and interaction skills and good in interpersonal and communication skills
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Candidate preferably Chinese speaking, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Puchong Utama.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
