Trade qualifications in commercial cookery Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task A passion for delivering quality and consistency Maintain excellent food hygiene standard Have an understanding of stock control and cost control Work under pressure within a busy team environment and of diverse cultural background This role would suit an energetic, creative professional who is keen to demonstrate their personal style through food. Weekend and evening work is a requirement of this role.
REQUIREMENT

Your primary role will be to manage all aspects of operating a fast paced kitchen, and as such you will be qualified and be able to demonstrate a minimum 3 years in a similar position. You are able to lead and develop a team to ensure consistency of quality product, exceptional presentation and service.
