DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee day to day retail, sales operations and warehouse operations to enhance staff productivity and sales performance
Supervise store managers and retail staff in order to comply with the established strategic plan
Manage purchasing activities and inventory level to optimize cost management
Coordinate and plan new retail store promotion and marketing campaigns to enhance customer's experience and achieve sales target
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. Required language(s): English At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Fluency in English, Strong communication, Customer service oriented, Experienced in leading a team, Experienced in retail and photography will be advantaged Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
