DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct Job Analysis & KPI Development. Conduct Job Evaluation & Job Grading. Conduct Work Load Analysis & People Planning. Create, review & update organization structure periodically. Handle promotion, demotion, and mutation. Review and developing SOP and tools related to OD. Implement performance appraisal processes, provide feedback and support to employees, develop and implement performance improvement plans. Identify training needs within the organization, coordinate and conduct training sessions, implement professional development programs, and implement company culture. Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, organize team-building activities and events, and foster a positive company culture. Foster a positive working environment, and facilitate communication between employees and management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in psychology or human resources management Proven work experience as an HR or similar role Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative and being proactive Excellent in using Microsoft office tools, especially Ms. Excel & Power Point Required HR Skills: Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Work Load Analysis, Job Evaluation, Talent Management, BSC KPI
