DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Report to HR Manager
Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll function, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
Compile all OT calculations and attendance checking for all outlets
Administer pay-related leave matters
Medical claim tracking and reimbursement
Prepare necessary HR or payroll reports as required.
Apply, issuance and renew passes for foreign workers.
Manage job postings, screen candidates and conduct interviews.
Administer all relevant paperwork for employees including employment contracts, onboarding forms, uniform distribution and entry of information into HR system.
General filing and scanning of employee’s P-file
Manage employee P-file and data maintenance
Manage all office administration matters – for instance stationery, pantry supplies and so forth.
Plan and manage foreign workers’ quota issue
Handles employee off-boarding process
Manage Work Injury Compensation / Foreign Worker Medical (Renewal, Claims, Cancellation)
Any other ad-hoc duties required
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 years working experience as HR and preferably in the F&B industry. Preferably able to handle Timesoft payroll program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and best practices.
