DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with growing business. Working closely with all Management Team for HR related issues and to handle the day staff management process such as grievances, complaints, mediating disputes, counselling and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands including disciplinary procedures. Manages employee administration matters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, performance appraisal, termination, insurance, training and developments, on & off boarding, orientation of new employee and update and maintain Human Resources information / staff records. Responsible for HR Department both Holding Company and Subsidiary. Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, support employee career development, and plan succession. Compile and analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making. Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJSTK), and retirement plans. Ensure timely payroll process and payment to all of the employees. Communicate and coordinate with user department head to identify manpower plan, job descriptions, KPI, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 30 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable IT, psychology, law or related. Must attach the CV with recent photograph in this position. Good understanding and knowledge about HR function (Recruitment, Comben, People Development, and Industrial Relation), at least minimum 5 years in IT Company is a must. Good knowledge about employment and labor law. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives. Having good knowledge about psychological test & instrument and interpretation psychological test or psycogram will be our priority. Have an excellence communication skill in English both oral and written (active) is a must, and mandarin (active) will be priority. Excellent administrative and proficiency in computer & internet skills (Minimum : Excel with advance formula skill : pivot, hlookup, vlookup, chart, etc). Easy-going and agile, attention to detail, responsible, strong prioritization skill and having ability for multitasking. Fast learner, proactive, having a good attitude, discipline, responsibility and interpersonal skills. Good understanding about ISO, OHSAS, K3 and HSE will preferred. Willing to work overtime with tight deadline and minimum supervision. Willing to work in West Jakarta, and mobile at customer office if needed (will be preferable if living near to Harrisma Office : Meruya Area).
