DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

l Data entry/maintenance into the HRIS system and assure data integrity of HR information. Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS. Work closely and collaboratively with C&B & Payroll in ensuring open information to the employees related to HRIS System. Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness. Develop and generate ad hoc reports to provide HR with timely and accurate data Organize and maintain employee data, update HR database in HRIS System. Ensure onboarding and offboarding process running well. Conduct outreach to all internal companies to convey information related to employee interests such as announcements regarding company regulations/ circulars, news of grief/ joy, welcome notes/ promotions. Handle recaps of payment of exhibition fees, insurance claims, or other payments.
REQUIREMENT

Have at least 1 years of experience in People Operations/HRIS Specialist Experience with working in a sizeable and fast paced environment with multi-cultural workforce. Demonstrated experience in payroll administration and/or other HRIS System (Talenta). Understanding and up-to-date labor laws and disciplinary procedures Highly analytical, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely, accurate manner independently. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and able to assess issues from multiple angles comprehensively to problem solve effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Accustomed to work requiring high detail and accuracy.
