DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store. Selling watches and controlling online fulfillment Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers Develop a relationship with existing and new customers ilcuding landlord Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 30 years old Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree is a plus At least 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus Willing to work on holidays and full shift Preferable minimum 1 year in retail watch business is a plus Willing to work in Jamtangan.com Store Jabotabek area when needed Ready to join ASAP
